Records storage, tracking, retrieval and destruction We provide secure offsite storage, reliable managed retrieval and end of retention life cycle destruction of business records and files. We pick up your records and transport them to our secure facility where each box is barcoded, indexed and entered into our tracking system and available for retrieval from our secure warehouse. Records retrieval and delivery Access to your records is limited to authorized personnel who may request retrieval by phone, email or through our secure web portal. We pull your records for fast and secure delivery either in person or by email delivery.

Secure records destruction and Certificate of Destruction When your records reach the end of their life cycle, we send you an Authorization of Destruction. After you have reviewed the listing of records ready for destruction, sign and return the authorization. Only then will your records will be pulled and destroyed confidentially.
